real estate math formulas

Hi there I have almost taken the decision to hire a math private teacher, because I've been having a lot of problems with algebra homework this year. Every day when I come home from school I spend all the afternoon with my algebra homework, and after all the time spent I still seem to be getting the wrong answers. However I'm also not completely sure if a algebra private teacher is worth it, since it's really expensive, and who knows, maybe it's not even so good . Does anyone know anything about real estate math formulas that can help me? Or maybe some explanations regarding evaluating formulas,quadratic equations or converting fractions? Any ideas will be much appreciated .

Algebrator is a very simple product and is definitely worth a try. You will find many interesting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can say that it has made learning math more enjoyable.
