Hello there I have almost taken the decision to look fora algebra tutor , because I've been having a lot of problems with math homework this year. Every day when I come home from school I waste all the afternoon with my algebra homework, and after all the time spent I still seem to be getting the incorrect answers. However I'm also not certain whether a algebra tutor is worth it, since it's not cheap , and who knows, maybe it's not even that good . Does anyone know anything about free usable online calculator that can help me? Or maybe some explanations about graphing, absolute values or perpendicular lines? Any ideas will be much appreciated . |

That is true , there are programs that can help you with homework. I think there are a few types that help you solve algebra problems, but I believe that Algebrator is the best amongst them. I used the software when I was a student in Basic Math for helping me with free usable online calculator, and it never failed me since then. Gradually I understood all the topics, and soon I was able to solve the hardest of the tasks without the program. Don't worry; you won't have any problem using it. It was made for students, so it's very easy to use. Basically you just have to type in the keyword nothing more .Of course you should use it to learn math , not just copy the results, because you won't get smarter that way. |

I checked out a number of software programs before I chose Algebrator. This was the most appropriate for 3x3 system of equations, rational expressions and linear inequalities. It was simple to key in the problem. Instead of simply giving the solution, it took me through all the steps clearing up all the way until it reached the answer . By the time, I arrived at the answer I learnt how to go about it on my own . I used the program for deciphering my problems in Pre Algebra, Pre Algebra and Algebra 2 in math. Do you think that you will like to try this out? |

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Basic Math, Algebra 1 and Remedial Algebra. It is a truly a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with adding functions, factoring and logarithms. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program. |
